Lemuel Stevens is a freelance web developer based out of Lawton, OK passionate about web standards, and web programming languages. Lemuel Stevens has been in the web development industry for briefly 2 years through educational and corporate professional experience.

As a graduate of the Multimedia Design Department at Cameron University in Lawton, OK, I have grown to appreciate the ease and complexity of web languages, and the standards with which they are confined. The bachelors of science in multimedia design has not only assisted in harnessing my skills as a web designer and developer, but also has allowed me to be fully capable in handling issues relating to instructional design and e-learning. Authors Ruth Colvin Clark & Richard E. Meyer states that e-learning is a combination of content and instructional methods delivered by media elements such as words and graphics on a computer intended to build job-transferable knowledge and skills linked to individual learning goals or organizational performance. Other areas covered in this course ranged from game development to animation and audio and video editing.
